A D M I N I S T R A T I V E   H I E R A R C H Y

The Rector & Parish Priest is the head of the Shrine administration, followed by The Procurator who controls the financial transactions. Five other Priests look into the various departments in the Shrine.

In addition to these Rev. Fathers who are put up in the administrative set-up of the Shrine, aged Priests appointed here, extend their cooperation in the smooth running of the administration.

The following Congregations do their wonderful services at Vailankanni.

Jesus Convent, takes care of the physically handicapped and Deaf & Dumb children.

Missionaries of Charity, shelters the mentally handicapped.

Bon Secours Convent, looks into education and takes part in the Shrine activities.

Sisters of Immaculate Conception, help the Shrine.
